Get to know you
We will send you a short form to help us understand your vision. From there, we will schedule a call or a coffee to guide you through our package options.
Quote
We will then send you an obligation-free quote for the services most suited to your day. This is also the perfect opportunity to add any additional services to ensure your day runs smoothly.
Contract
Once you are happy with the quote, we will send you a contract for you to sign. We recommend you sit with your partner and read through it together to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Deposit
Now that the contract is signed, we will send you an invoice for a 10% deposit. Once paid, your date is locked in and we're ready to get the show on the road.
Client Portal
We will set up your very own LUXE Wedding Studio client portal and give you the login details. Your client portal will have everything from your contract with us to your budget, contracts with other vendors, and so much more. It will be your go-to spot for everything wedding.
Planning begins
The admin is done and out of the way. Now the real fun can begin. We will likely schedule our first planning consultation within the next couple of weeks.
