Our Wedding Coordination package is designed for couples who want to hand over the reins and be fully present on their wedding day. From the final weeks leading up to your celebration to the last dance, we'll manage the logistics, coordinate your suppliers and ensure every detail unfolds exactly as planned.

We'll become the central point of contact for your vendor team, oversee the timeline, troubleshoot the unexpected and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes so you, your family and your friends can simply enjoy the moment.

What's included:

• 1 coordination consultation and 1 on-site venue visit

• A comprehensive wedding day timeline and vendor run sheet

• Final vendor communication and coordination leading into your wedding

• Up to 4 hours of coverage on the day before your wedding for rehearsal coordination and venue set up

• Up to 12 hours of wedding day coverage to oversee your timeline, coordinate suppliers and ensure a seamless, stress-free celebration from beginning to end
